Anonymous asked: Sir, clearly you misunderstand. The X-Men are mutants because of their genetics. People are also whatever race they happen to be because of genetics. However, science does not dictate a person's sexuality. It is merely based on a person's feelings and they can choose to act upon them or not. But I assume you'll just deny my argument as bigotry. But as someone who presumably believes that men can magically transform into women if they are "transgender" you clearly are more scientifically inclined.
OK, first of I’m surprised to see Stan Lee be so eloquent against bigotry. Guess the last few years have been so full of stories about how he screwed over the other creatives at Marvel that it’s coloured his legacy.
Secondly, ‘But as someone who presumably believes that men can magically transform into women if they are “transgender” you clearly are more scientifically inclined.’ (Emphasis mine.)
So on the one hand, the anon say’s it ‘magic’ to be transgender but then they say you have be disposed towards science to believe it! I’m not sure they understand there’s a difference between science and magic.
Finally, is there a problem with people “scientifically inclined”? To leaning towards using analysis and testing of situations to understand them?
